How to complete your payment

E-transfer details

Please send your retainer amount via Interac e-Transfer using the information below. Your date is officially reserved once your payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Recipient Name: Subtle Photography

  • Send To Email: [email protected]

  • Amount: As stated in your contract (retainer / initial payment)

  • Security Question & Answer: Not required — auto-deposit is active

  • Transfer Memo / Note: Couple’s full names + wedding date (e.g., “Alex & Jordan – Sept 14, 2026”)

Receipt: Once your e-transfer is received, we’ll send a payment confirmation and updated invoice for your records.

What happens next

Once your e-transfer arrives, we’ll officially lock in your date and send a warm welcome email with a summary of your package, timeline expectations, and next steps.

  • You’ll receive a payment confirmation + updated invoice
  • We’ll send a link to schedule your engagement or planning session (if included)
  • Closer to your wedding, we’ll share a detailed photography timeline and questionnaire
